Sagola launches its new line of automatic spray guns, the V 4000. All the quality standards of its predecessor the 4041 are kept, but adding new features. The perfect tool for high demand automatic lines projects in terms of finish quality, robustness and durability.

  • Size reduction: A size reduction that improves the manageability and consequently, the access to complex shapes parts.
  • Robot version (DMR/QCR): Automated fan size regulation. An air inlet replaces the manual regulator wheel.
  • Abrasives versions: Tungsten Carbide nozzles and needles to spray abrasive fluids. Great hardness and resistance to abrasion.

Base (QCM/QCR) Version

Same features as the standard version (DMM/DMR) but including a base that simplifies maintenance and cleaning work. Quick disassembly system that allows the repositioning of the gun in the same position keeping the setup parameters.

  • Large ergonomic knob to ensure a quick and easy fixing of the gun to the base.
  • Hold system with positioning fit.
  • Fan regulator located in the base for a quick replacement of the gun keeping the setup parameters.
  • Manufactured in accordance with the normative EN 1953:2013 Ap. 5.2.4.

Available in both standard and base versions. Automated fan pattern regulation. The manual regulation wheel is replaced by an air inlet.

All inlets, both hydraulic and pneumatic, have been located on the same side of the gun or the base to facilitate the setup of the painting line.
